Well I'm glad you're here anyway, sometimes you find wonderful things when you get lost. wow that sounds like I'm saying my blog is wonderful, probably a bit early for that.
Anyhoo my name is Claire, I'm a professional procrastinator, recently moved to Melbourne doing the "student who has no idea what they want to do" thing (very original, I know). I have thought about making a blog for a long time now and I will tell you why; I don't do anything!
Ok, let me explain. I used to have creative outlets like playing music, drawing, taking photos and just making stuff. I don't do any of that now and it makes me sad. Solution? start a blog I suppose.
Hopefully this blog will motivate me to do more creative things with my spare time so I can blog about them. I also struggle quite a fair bit with writing, as you can probably tell, and I'm told blogging regularly will improve your writing skills.
Unfortunately I don't think my neighbours will agree that the best time to unleash my inner rockstar is at 1:30 in the morning, so playing music may be off the agenda. Plus my piano and drum kit don't fit in my closet-size apartment. But never mind and moving on...
So basically this little deserted island of internet space shall be where I dump everything and anything. Stories, photos, jokes, thoughts and whatever else.
I doubt anyone will read this and I will just be talking to myself but I do that a lot anyway so what the hay! I'm sure there are tonnes of people in the same boat so we should all sail the same way and make a fleet! (quite happy with that analogy actually)
This is getting quite long now so hopefully you enjoy reading, I don't. I mean I doubt I'll even proof read this, too many words! so if you've stuck around, well done!
